Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of the decade. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into a sporting family. The father and her siblings were ice hockey players, while her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha also played various sports such as basketball, soccer and softball, before she got involved in bodybuilding at the age of was 15 or so. Her professional card was issued following her win at the NPC USA Championships. She began her professional career in 2008. She also took part at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she finished 9th. In 2015, she remained her ninth place result. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. Aleesha is consistently improving her performance since then, won her very debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 she had her most impressive WOS Rising-Phoenix performance as she was ranked fourth. The "World's toughest mom" needed to rest due to her health.
